Whether flatness requirements according to DIN15185, DIN 15620, VDMA guideline or TR 34 – with CASALITH^® Superflat, compliance with the required tolerance limits is no problem. Unlike just a few years ago, these stricter floor levelness requirements are no longer achievable today with a conventional concrete floor with hard grain interspersion.



Extra precision

Even without precision grinding, CASALITH^® Superflat delivers Fx values (value for waviness) at rack heights of 6–8 m, which are far above the requirements of the VDMA guideline. With additional tramline precision grinding, optimum performance is achieved in forklift operation that goes far beyond the requirements of the VDMA guideline.
