Spray­flex is the ide­al flo­or or wall coa­ting for the hig­hest hygie­ne requi­re­ments. Spray­flex is spray­ed on seam­less­ly. Thanks to the strong mole­cu­lar cross-lin­king, a high­ly abra­si­on-resistant sur­face with extre­me ela­s­ti­ci­ty is crea­ted. Whe­ther angled rooms or com­pli­ca­ted coll­ec­tion trays — Spray­flex adapts to all sur­faces thanks to the spray­ing pro­cess.

The advantages of Sprayflex coating

Fast

The Spray­flex raw mate­ri­als are pre­hea­ted on site and mixed with a spe­cial spray head so that the coa­ting can be ful­ly loa­ded after just a few seconds. This makes it the ide­al solu­ti­on for indus­tri­al appli­ca­ti­ons.

Stretchable

Thanks to its extre­me­ly high expan­si­on capa­ci­ty of over 200 %, Spray­flex can also be appli­ed to poor sub­stra­tes. It bridges cracks and move­ments in the sub­stra­te.

Resistant to chemicals

Spray­flex sealants are extre­me­ly resistant to che­mi­cals. Even chlo­ri­ne bleach pools or che­mi­cal catch basins can be coa­ted with it wit­hout hesi­ta­ti­on.
